Colleen Clarke Doubek, 61, of Urbana, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at UnityPoint-St. Luke's Hospice Unit, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. All guests are respectfully requested to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Gloria Jean Kies, 65, of Brandon, Iowa, passed peacefully with her children by her side on July 1, 2020. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 11, hosted by her husband and their children at his residence. She born Feb. 5, 1955, in Dinsdale, Iowa, to Roy Dedrick and Violet Dedrick. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, crocheting, playing pool, dirt track races, her football, especially the Kansas City Chiefs, and traveling, and briefly lived in Arizona. Wayne Edward Kimm, 81, of Norway, Iowa, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at the Hiawatha Care Center, Hiawatha, Iowa.Wayne was born Sept. 28, 1938, to Wallace and LaVerne (Brecht) Kimm in Norway, Iowa. He graduated from Norway High School in 1957. Following school, Wayne worked for Amana Refrigeration and was a member of the Army Reserve.

Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 2, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Marion with burial at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in Cedar Rapids. Robert J. Hermsen, 64, of Belle Plaine, Iowa, passed away suddenly on June 28, 2020. Bob was the first child of Virgil and Mary Ann Hermsen born April 3, 1956 and raised in New Vienna, Iowa. Bob graduated from Beckman High school and Ellsworth College where he met his wonderful wife Teresa Malecek and married in 1978 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Belle Plaine, IA. Corley John Junge
