Discover Local Talent at Dysart Chamber of Commerce's Maker’s Market on Main
Join us this Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM for the Dysart Chamber's Maker’s Market on Main, a celebration of local makers, artists, and small businesses, right in the heart of downtown Dysart. Formerly known as Back Roads Vintage Market, this annual event continues to grow while showcasing the best of our creative community.Main Street will be filled with booths featuring handmade goods, home décor, clothing, baked treats, jewelry, plants, and more.
Community Quilt Fundraiser at the Vinton Public Library
Our library is holding a silent auction to raise funds for our adult programming. Thanks to the help of Cheryl and Donna, our quilt is now complete! Over a dozen local quilters submitted blocks and we are so pleased with the results. Thank you to volunteers Cheryl and Donna for helping to make our Community Quilt come to life!Stop in to take a Iowa DOT Auction begins on June 11 and runs through June 22

CP HISTORICAL SOCIETY WALKING TOUR JUNE 22, LEGENDS AND LORE OF WASHINGTON ST
The Center Point Historical Society will be holding a free walking tour of Washington Street at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 22. The tour will start at the Depot Museum, 700 Washington St., which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It will include old hotels, gas stations and livery stables.Volunteer tour guides will include Historical Society President, Dennis Schlicht and members Teresa Scheeler, Daphne Craig Miller, Philip Andersen and Sharon Hannen.
