Eva Miller, age 100, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 10, 2020.Private family services will be held, with burial at Parkers Grove Cemetery, rural Shellsburg.Eva was born on December 4, 1919, the daughter of William and Maria (Malzahan) Buls in rural Bremer County Iowa. She graduated from Frederika High School in 1938.In 1939, she was united in marriage to Keith Scott, who preceded her in death in 1954. Henry L. Zuck

Lee E. Bossom, 83, of Blairstown, Iowa, formerly of Quasqueton, Iowa, died of the coronavirus on Sunday, April 5, 2020, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Lee was born April 20, 1936, on the family farm in rural Plainfield, Iowa. The son of Howard E. and Margaret F. (Bryhl) Bossom, he was a graduate of Plainfield High School.
