Children's Movie and Popcorn December 26, at the Libary
Join us at the library for a viewing of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" starring Johnny Depp. The fun will be on Tuesday, December 26 beginning at 2:00 p.m.There will be freshly popped popcorn for everyone to enjoy!Everybody is welcome to attend!
ACT I to present a Double Feature Show December 9th at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Act I of Benton County will be presenting a Christmas Double Feature! "A Very Hairy Christmas" and "The Secret of Santa's Treasure" will be performed by local actors. On December 9th there will be two performances at the Vinton Palace Theatre. The first will be at 10:00 a.m. and the second at 2:00 p.m. The cost per show is $10 at the door. The Vinton Shellsburg High School Theatre Department is presenting the musical Freaky Friday, a heartfelt comedy based on the novel by Mary Rodgers and the Disney films. This weekend the Wolf Creek Players will present Steel Magnolias at the Union Middle School in Dysart.
