The following actors are needed: One woman to play a character age 70’s to 80’s Two women and two men to play characters ages 30s to 40s Two boys, one almost 13, the other almost 16. This play is a comic drama about a dysfunctional family of adults, set in Yonkers, New York during World War II.

Union Carolers Visit Windsor Manor

The Union Carolers, a group of singer from the Union High School, stopped at Windsor Manor as one of the fifty stops that they will be making throughout the Christmas season. The residents at Windsor Manor were able to enjoy a variety of songs with a bit of history about the songs. The singers also dress up in old fashioned clothes adding to the charm of the concert.

Riverbottom Ramblers entertain listeners of all ages

The Riverbottom Ramblers of Cedar Rapids, performed at the Farmers Mercantile in Garrison. Riverbottom Ramblers are known for their bluegrass music, and Farmers Mercantile is known for hosting musical groups. Farmers Mercantile partners up with the Garrison Public Library who provides all kinds of food for the audience to enjoy between musical sets.
