VINTON – Merlin Edward “Bud” Lutz, 95, died Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at his residence in rural Vinton following a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Benton County.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2015, at Blessed Hope Church in Vinton followed by a luncheon in the church fellowship hall. Ned E. Douglas

He graduated from Van Horne High School in 1957 and from the University of Iowa, College of Business Administration, in 1961.
