Kaye Lynne Konicek, 74, of Traer, passed away on Sunday, August 28th in her home after a short battle with cancer. Kaye was born on August 21st 1948 in Vinton, Iowa. She was the daughter of William and Veronica (Kelly) Hite. She was raised in Dysart, Iowa and attended Dysart Geneseo School, graduating in the class 1966.On May 21st, 1977, Kaye married Gary Konicek.

Craig E. Hesson, 71, of Marion, Iowa. formerly of Shellsburg, Iowa, went to be with Lord on August 23, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Craig was born on August 14, 1951 to Keith and Maribelle (Main) Hesson in Newton, Iowa. Craig loved the farm life, raising hogs, and Allis Chalmers tractors. The Hesson family moved to Vinton, Iowa in 1969, where Craig graduated from Washington High School in 1970.

William was born August 20, 1933, youngest of William and Anna (Thoman) Schulte in Norway, IA. Bill was raised on the family farm in rural Norway, graduating from Walford High School. Following school, Bill enlisted into the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean War. Upon his return he went to Coyne Electrical School in Chicago. As an electrician, Bill worked at several places, including Quaker Oats in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Wallace Gene WilliamsSurrounded by his children, Wallace 89 years of age, passed away, after suffering from Lewy Body Dementia. Wallace was born in Belle Plaine, Iowa to Horatio Claude and Helen Belle Williams.Wallace lived a full life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He earned a BA in Business from Portland State University. After moving to Oregon he went to work for Southern Pacific Railroad, advancing to Locomotive Engineer, and was an officer in the union.

Lois Arlene Buck Boone went to her eternal home on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, in Seymour, Indiana. She was born to Ivan and Vera (Moseley) Buck on June 13, 1926, in LaPorte City, Iowa, the second born of five children. Instilled in her were the values of: faith, family, and farm. Lois loved to learn and teach. She graduated from LaPorte City High School in 1942 and from Indiana Wesleyan University (formerly Marion College) in 1949 where she earned her teaching degree.
