Tourism meeting announcment‏

Tourism is headed toward Vinton and Vinton needs your help and ideas, anyone with an interest is more than welcome to attend.   A meeting will be held on November 29th at 6:30 PM at the US Bank Community meeting room to discuss all of the many possibilities.

Wesley United Methodist Church to host Nativity Walk

     A Nativity Walk will be held on Sunday, November 20th, from 12-3 pm at Wesley United Methodist Church.      The public is invited to come view various nativity sets on displays and read the histories of the sets.

Honor Flights to hold fundraiser for future flights

A chili supper will be held on November 17 at the Fire Station from 4:30 to 7:30. Supper is to benefit Eastern Iowa Honor Flight. There will be duck and goose calls given away as a door prize, they are custom made by Leo's custom calls in Davenport, Iowa.
