Celene M. Jones, 77, of Sheboygan, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the St. Luke’s Transitional Care Center, Cedar Rapids. Celene was born on July 12, 1947 in Sheboygan, WI, the daughter of Victor and Antoinette (Rottell) Menzer. She graduated from Sheboygan North High School. On April 28, 1973 she married Jan Arden Jones at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Sheboygan.
