Arlen L. Bantz
Arlen L. Bantz, 76, died Sunday, March 30, 2025, at his home from complications due to his long-term fight with Dementia/ Parkinson’s at his home in Rowley, Iowa.Arlen was born on May 3, 1948, to the parents of Caroll and Frances (Mumford) Bantz at People’s Hospital in Independence. He graduated from La Porte City with the Class of 1966. Arlen had been an employee of 48 years at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapid, Iowa, where he met the love of his life, Wanda. Joseph Wilhelm Bartosh, 61, of Keystone, Iowa, passed away at his home on March 31, 2025.A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 825 W Miller St, Marengo.Joe was born Oct 7, 1963, at Marengo Memorial Hospital to William Bartosh and Aleta (Kaufman) Bartosh. He was baptized at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Luzerne. He began his education at College Community Schools in Cedar Rapids until the 2nd grade when the family moved to rural Marengo.

On April 6, 2025, Norma Jean Schultz, 78, got her wings and went to walk with the angels after a hard fought 10-year battle with breast cancer. She passed peacefully surrounded by her four daughters.The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12 at the First United Methodist Church in Mendota, IL with Pastor Mary Bohall officiating. Judy Ann Bixby, 74 of Belle Plaine, IA passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at St. Lukes Hospital, Cedar Rapids, IA.Judy was born February 11, 1951 in Iowa City, IA to Francis A. and Bernice H. (Burkett) Bixby. She attended school in Amana, IA. Following school, Judy lived in many places before moving to Belle Plaine, IA where she has lived the last 20 years.
