Benton County Bullring Lil Racer Car Club's Annual Father's Day Giveaway!

When Lil Racers sign in this week, they will receive, in addition to their weekly prize ticket, a SPECIAL colored ticket that we ask that they drop into one of THREE different buckets after we ask them to choose WHICH item, they think their dad would want to WIN for Father's Day! We will draw one number from each bucket when we draw for our weekly prizes, AND, our Lil Racer of the Week, sponsored by the Pizza Place of Center Point.

Weekly racing this Sunday, Benton County Fair events to follow next week

 A full slate of action is scheduled over the next week at Benton County Speedway. IMCA weekly racing continues Sunday, June 18, before Benton County Fair grandstand activities kick off Thursday, June 22 at The Bullring. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds presented by Beaty Excavating, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Christie Door Company, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods presented by Houdek Auto Center, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks presented by Vermedahl Trucking, Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts presented by iHeart Radio and INEX Legends presented by Legends.

Murty, Dripps score Sunday wins at Benton County Speedway

Justin Wacha’s win was a popular one Sunday night at Benton County Speedway. He returned to victory lane for the first time in nearly four years in IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock action at The Bullring. Dallon Murty and Corey Dripps each earned $1,000 paydays Sunday night at Benton County Speedway. Murty came out on top of a multi-car battle to take top honors in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Christie Door Company, while Dripps earned the first late model win of his career in the inaugural appearance of the Pro Late Model Tour.   From his fourth row starting spot, Murty raced the low groove into contention and pressured Brett Vanous for the top spot in that 20-lapper.

Lil Racer Car club recap for Sunday June 11

Just some of the candy for the Candy Dash at the Benton County Speedway The Bullring Lil Racer Car Club signed up 87 Lil Racers on a cool, but sunny day. We gave away eight great door prizes and our “Lil Racer of the Week, sponsored by the Pizza Place of Center Point."The highlight of the evening was the huge candy dash held on the front stretch, with over 1800 pounds of candy! The candy dash each year is organized, collected and spread on the track by Christine Rublack and Jessica Kimm.

IMCA Stock Cars, Pro Late Models highlight Super Sunday @ Benton County Speedway

 A pair of $1,000-to-win races will showcase a busy Super Sunday this weekend at Benton County Speedway. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Christie Door Company and the inaugural appearance of the Pro Late Model Tour will each do battle for respective $1,000 top prizes in their draw/redraw events Sunday, June 11 at The Bullring.  Late Models will pay $250 to start and Stock Cars $100 to start their Super Sunday main events.

Legends Midwest Dirt Shootout/Candy Dash highlight action at The Bullring

 The INEX Legends will take center stage this Sunday at Benton County Speedway. The Legends.Direct-sponsored division will be showcased in the $2,500-to-win Midwest Dirt Shootout on The Bullring quarter-mile Sunday, June 4. The draw/redraw event will offer $100 to start. Entry fee is $25 for the Legends. IMCA weekly racing will join the Legends as Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds presented by Beaty Excavating, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Christie Door Company, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks presented by Vermedahl Trucking, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods presented by Houdek Auto Center and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts presented by iHeart Radio will continue their season-long point battles.

Ward sweeps IMCA Modified anniversary weekend at Benton County Speedway

Jarett Franzen celebrates atop his Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMod after winning the division’s 18th anniversary race May 29 at Benton County Speedway. He took home $1,800 for his efforts. Tim Ward had a great Sunday. His Monday was even better. After scoring a convincing victory in the Prelude to the 44th Anniversary Race for IMCA Modifieds Sunday night, the Friesen Performance IMCA Modified driver made a repeat visit to victory lane and earned a $4,400 payday winning Monday’s anniversary special at Benton County Speedway. From an outside front row start, Ward traded the top spot with polesitter Jake McBirnie throughout the early stages of the Beaty Excavating 44-lapper.

Bullring Lil Racer Recap for the week

Many thanks to the 96 club members who registered at the Lil Racer Car Clubhouse at Benton County Speedway Bullring over the weekend! We drew for free giveaways each night and had two Lil Racers of the Week, one for Sunday and one for Monday night. Sunday night, Lil Racer of the Week was Lilliana Arnold of Vinton, and Monday night was Madison Wheeler, also of Vinton.
