Sports : Vinton-Shellsburg CSD Welcomes Joe Hadachek as New Football Coach

The Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District is thrilled to announce the appointment of Joe Hadachek as the new head coach for the Vinton-Shellsburg football team.
With an impressive background in football coaching and a deep commitment to fostering excellence both on and off the field, Coach Hadachek brings a wealth of experience and a passion for student-athlete development to our program.
"We are extremely excited to welcome Coach Hadachek to Viking Nation as our next head football coach," said Activities Director Jim Struve.  "Coach Hadachek's vision and leadership of a football program and his commitment to being a difference maker by mentoring the lives of young men is truly outstanding."

"His proven track record of leadership and dedication to the game of football, combined with his emphasis on character-building and academic success, make him the ideal candidate to lead our football program into the future."

Coach Hadachek's coaching philosophy centers around instilling discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in his players, while also emphasizing the importance of academic achievement and community involvement. His leadership style resonates deeply with the values upheld by the Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District, making him an excellent fit for the position.

Coach Hadachek comes to Vinton-Shellsburg with a strong coaching background, having previously served as both a head coach and assistant coach at both high school (Union) and college football programs (Drake and Buena Vista). His expertise and leadership will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth and success of the Vinton-Shellsburg football program.
