Robyn Geiger Winterroth, 60, of Vinton, passed away peacefully Monday, July 17, 2023, surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 25 at Van Steenhuyse-Teahen Funeral Home, Vinton, with Chaplain Brian Reeves officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 24 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton. Larry Allen Weems
Larry Allen Weems July 7, 1937 - July 6, 2023 Larry Allen Weems, 85, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 6, 2023. He was born in Iowa City, Iowa on July 7, 1937, to Clara and Ralph Weems. He grew up in Prigmhar, Botna, and Denison. On October 24, 1968, Larry was united in marriage with Diana Schulte and they went on to have three boys, Brian, Brandon, and Bradley. Kent M. Pflug

The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Vinton. Edith Louise Williams, 90 of La Porte City, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at La Porte City Specialty Care. Edith was born to Otis and Nellie Engledow-Coy in Shellsburg, Iowa on June 2, 1933. She was the 11th of 11 children. Edith attended school in Shellsburg. On February 24, 1951, Edith was united in marriage to Harley Williams at the Vinton Methodist Church. Nancy Ellen Boies
