Roger Lynn Parry

Roger Lynn Parry, 67, Marion, passed away on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, at his home after a brief illness. Roger's wishes were cremation with no services. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Survivors include his son, Nicholas Parry; his granddaughters, Riley and Preston; his brother, Dennis Parry; his sisters-in-law, Judy (Dennis) Parry, Sandy (Gary) Feaker and Susan Wagamon; his brother-in-law, Robert (Coleen) Lathrop; and his stepfather-in-law, Robert Steuber; several nieces, nephews; and his beloved dachshund Herky.

Jeffrey David Pierce

Jeffrey David Pierce, 75, of Belle Plaine, Iowa, formerly of Guttenberg, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at Compass Memorial Hospital in Marengo, under the care of Essence of Life Hospice in Amana, surrounded by family with The Beach Boys playing softly in the background.Jeff was born on October 12, 1946 in Dubuque, Iowa, to Maurice and June (Davis) Pierce.

Dalton Isaac Wild

Dalton Isaac Wild, 21, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics due to complications from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Services: 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories by Certified Celebrant Dr. James Coyle. A visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022, from 2 to 5 p,m.

John Otto Wagner II

John Otto Wagner II was born November 26, 1941, in Ottumwa, Iowa to John Otto and Mary Louise (Moss) Wagner. He graduated from the Garrison High School in Garrison, Iowa and McPherson College.John was united in marriage on May 10, 1969 to Donna Faye Apfel in Beloit, Wisconsin.He worked as an accountant and manager of several businesses before answering the call to serve in the ministry.

Doris Lorraine Trefz

Doris Lorraine Trefz, 68, died Thursday, January 6, 2022 at the Keystone Care Center, Keystone, IA.Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Van Steenhuyse-Teahen Funeral Home, Vinton. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2022.Doris was born July 18, 1953 at Vinton, the daughter of Carl and Betty (Butler) Primmer.

Keith Henry Schuldt

Keith Henry Schuldt, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2021, at his home in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Keith was the beloved husband of Joy (deceased), loving father of Jill Schuldt and Beth White (Woody), and brother of the late Helen, Ruby, Harold, and Larry Schuldt. He was a good friend to many people in both his personal and professional life.

Frances Helen Burns, 96, of Vinton, formerly of Marion, passed away Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, at Virginia Gay Nursing Home in Vinton. Due to COVID-19 concerns, A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A private graveside service will be held a Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.Frances was born March 14, 1925, in Stone City, Iowa, to Elmer and Mary Helen (Mere) Lathrop.

Delores Ann Nutt Ruiz, 86, died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.She is survived by her son, Lynn Ruiz; a brother, Leonard Nutt (Colleen); sisters, Alyce Ballard and Leota Shayer; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Paul Ruiz.Delores Ann Nutt Ruiz was born July 24, 1935, in Dysart, Iowa, to Lawrence and Garvene Nutt.
