News : Holiday with a Cop, receives overwhelming response

The Vinton Police Department issued the following statement:

"Due to the overwhelming support of the community, we will no longer be accepting donations for "Holiday with a Cop". If you still would like to make a donation please consider the many "Angel Trees" in the community at local organizations or consider donating next year. We truly appreciate all your support and are grateful that you continue to give to the children in the community!"

Vinton, you really are the best. Thanks for stepping up for our guys and gals in uniform and this project!
