Mary Ann Bissell, 76, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Chandler Medical Center in Chandler, Ariz. She was born in Independence, Iowa, on June 17, 1941, to Andrew and Emma (Koranda) Higgins and was the youngest of three children.
