After losing their first game against Western Dubuque, 2-1 after a seventh inning Bobcat run broke a 1-1 tie, the Vinton-Shellsburg Vikettes got off to a horrible start in Game 2, falling behind 5-0 by the second inning.

But the Vikettes rallied to win that game, 11-10. V-S has now defeated every team it has played, and is 7-3 on the 2013 season.
