Dear Editor,

It is a given, when taxes are reduced, revenue increases. This happened with Kennedy, Reagan, and Trump. Reducing the increases in Medicare spending is not a cut , but only a misdirection by Democrats. They are quite good at the big lie.
Congress must control spending--that takes courage they do not have. That takes information the press is reluctant to give.
Give us the truth for a change!
Regards,John Stiegelmeyer

RB July 1, 2025, 1:41 pm Congress does need to control spending but they never look into the military budget. Cutting taxes, especially for the top 1% is not needed. Trickle down is the actual big lie! They just stash the cash or buy back their own stocks. The deficit explodes with those cuts. The presidents that increased the debt was Reagan, Bush, and Trump. Those lowering the debt was Clinton Handed a budget surplus to Bush) , Obama, and Biden. You need to wake up John! 130,000 or so will lose health care with this bill. You must be proud! Reynolds is getting out because there will be over a billion dollar hole in the state budget in the next couple years. Vouchers play a big part in that!

Spending bills originate in the House. With Clinton, speaker Gingrich was responsible for a balanced budget---three years running.
Congress is the big spender. You need to tell the whole story minus Democrat propaganda.

GB July 2, 2025, 1:52 pm This is the problem with Democrats.. Ignore what Democrats do and blame a Republican for everything.
Guess you already forgot about the debt ballooning under Biden and how he was supposed to build everything back better?? What about the Depocrats blowing hundreds of billions of tax payer dollars on transgender studies around the world?
What about the billions of dollars spent on illegals who have no rights to any benefits?
I am confident there are a lot of hard working Americans that will appreciate what Trump is doing for them.
