Opinion : Letter to the Editor: "Iran Deserves It"

Dear Editor, 

Years ago, when I was on active duty, it was rumored that our military had many contingency plans. Dealing with any imaginable situation. One rumored, one dealt with action against Great Britain. 

This attack plan has been in the works for many years, with numerous presidents as commander-in-chief.  It took President Trump to give the execution order. 

I believe it was the right decision, our air force executed the mission expertly and with great skill.  Many aircraft on the mission, no losses.  A remarkable achievement! 

Iran must take a different track or risk destruction.  The world is safer today.
