Local champs: Viking 14U team wins home tourney
Vinton Vikes 14U Black team took 1st place in the May 5 and 6th Corn Shucker Challenge Tourney. It was held at the Marvin Lindsey Complex in Vinton. The Vikes beat Iowa City Trojan Green team in the Championship game with a score of 10-7.
