Last year we finished 8th at the conference meet, so we were happy to move up to 6th out of 15 teams who competed. We were hoping to break 400 today; we were close. It was a learning experience due to long, thick “no mow” areas and long rough. Overall we played well; and all of the team putted well.
We play Saturday at the South Tama Invitational and then travel to Ames Golf and Country Club for district play, Monday, May 14.
