The Vinton Parks & Recreation Department will soon be offering another session of Zumba at the Vinton Skate & Activity Center! This cardio-sculpt, calorie-burning, Latin-inspired dance-fitness party is the perfect solution for those of you looking to spice up your fitness routine or elevate it to a completely new level! Instructor Katrina Reed teaches participants easy-to-follow dance moves that will then be incorporated into a full-body, aerobic dance workout! This Zumba class will take place from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Vinton Skate & Activity Center on the following dates: May 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, and 24. The cost for the May session is $35.00 and pre-registration before Sunday, April 29th is required. Registration forms are available at the Vinton Recreation Center on online at www.vprdzone.com.
