Sports : Yessak wins Class 1A qualifier; to compete in State Country Meet

Jordan Yessak of Vinton, who runs for the Dunkerton cross country team, won last week's Class 1A state qualifying meet in Cedar Falls. Yessak, a junior, and his team each earned the right to race in this Saturday's State meet in Fort Dodge. His winning time awas16:50.
