Sports : VPRD annual Adult Softball League registration deadline approaching

The Vinton Parks & Recreation Department is hosting its annual Adult Softball League and the deadline to get your team registered will soon be here. Captains wishing to field and men’s or women’s league team may complete a registration form by Friday, April 25th by either accessing it online at vprdzone.com or picking one up at the Vinton Recreation Center. A $30 deposit included along with your registration form is required. Our captain’s meeting to discuss league rules, length of season, team fees and so forth will be in the evening of Wednesday, April 30th. League play will tentatively begin the week of May 19th.
