Alvin M. Wubbena, 81, died Thursday, November 1, 2018, at the Vinton Lutheran Home.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Borleske officiating. Private family inurnment will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton, at a later date.
Alvin was born January 2, 1937, in Ackley, Iowa, the son of Fred and Sobena Dirksen Wubbena.

The family will receive friends from Noon until service time on Saturday. Bob will be laid to rest with his son, Brandon at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton.
