Jerry “Jake” Gerard, 71, of Belle Plaine, IA passed away on Fri. Feb. 1, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, IA.
Memorial service is 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service, Belle Plaine, IA.
Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Koszta Cemetery, Koszta, IA at a later date. Florence Lisette Meyer

William Robert Cummings was born February, 5, 1974 in Vinton, the son of William Craig and Elaine Rhinehart Cummings.

James Louis Anderson passed from this life on Friday January 25, 2019 due to a stroke. Jim was born June 23rd, 1933 on the family farm four miles southwest of Vinton, the youngest of ten children of William Carl and Cora Barta Anderson. Donna Leila Stevens, 59, of Dysart, formerly of Garrison, Iowa, died peacefully in her sleep at 12:25 p.m. January 22, 2019 after an extended illness. She was born on November 5, 1959 in Vinton, Iowa, to Glenn and Virginia (King) Halstead.

Julie D. Davis, 64 years old, of Vinton, Iowa, formerly of Independence, passed away peacefully January 19, 2019 after a battle with cancer. Julie was born April 8, 1954, in Independence, the daughter of Leonard Joseph & Lucille May (Jones) Dlouhy. She grew up on a farm outside of Brandon, Iowa and graduated from Jesup High School in 1972.
