Children paint pumpkins during the VPRD Hallowen events downtown.
The annual children's Halloween parade through downtown Vinton took place Saturday morning, as children visited businesses to show of their costumes and receive candy from merchants. They then proceeded to the courthouse lawn for games and pumpking painting.
