Benton County Sheriff Randall Forsyth reports that deputies answered 373 calls for service and investigated 22 accidents. Deputies attempted to serve 238 civil papers and issued 99 traffic citations and 138 traffic warnings.

There were 40 arrests/juvenile referrals with 59 charges being filed in May 2012.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
