News : Hail teaches weather lesson to local dog

Rheagal, who lives in Vinton, discovered the discomforts of hail and heavy rain Monday evening.

Rheaghal, who lives with his owners Tony Bopp and wife Jill, went outside Monday evening during the storm that brought a lot of rain and even some hail to the area.

" When I opened the door he dashed outside, having never encountered hail before. He was rather dismayed at what he experienced," said Tony.
