We've been told by a Vinton resident eager for iVinton to start that a contractor for one of the internet providers in town is going door-to-door with a "special" offer.  She said the offer was for three months free upgrade on internet, BUT the customer has to sign a two-year contract, and after 90 days, they will be charged more every month.  

Three months of slightly faster speed in exchange for a 2-year contract and a higher price after 90 days doesn't seem like much of a bargain.
