"The welcome sign and garden on the north side of La Porte City are a lovely asset to our community. The original garden was planted by the LPC Garden Club. When that club disbanded Ann Starr took over this garden." said Kathy Turner of the LPC Women's ClubThis year the LPC Women's Club had a committee of women who cared for the garden.
