Several Vinton residents joined Iowa football fans at the USS Iowa for a pep rally New Year's Eve.
More than 7,000 Iowa Hawkeye football fans including Vinton area residents gathered at the USS Iowa on Friday for a New Year's Eve pep rally. Pictured here are Lucas and Jim Murray, Rob Levis with sons Robert and Ryan, and Jeff and Tanner Cummings. Admission to the battleship museum is free for Iowa residents. The Hawkeyes play in the Rose Bowl Friday afternoon.
