We received the following notice from Brett Parcher,

Golf Course Superintendent, at the Vinton County Club Monday morning:

There will be no golf carts allowed on the course today. With as much rain as we received yesterday it may be a couple days before they are allowed to run again. Please check your email as I will give daily updates for when they will be allowed to run again.
