Across Second Avenue from the LEC, work has begun on geothermal well field.
Another improvement the new Law Enforcement Center will offer over the old building is the use of geothermal heating and cooling systems, which will save money and energy. Drilling of the well field for the system has begun on the lots across the street from the LEC site.
