KT March 12, 2024, 10:58 am We as citizens and taxpayers of Benton County, still do not have the understanding of the HR position and job duties. The amount her job pays, vacations, etc. Why we needed her position and who covered these needs before. Is this new person so busy that she needs someone to cover for her while she is on vacations?? We need clarifications stated on the hiring of this new position and what she really is needed for.
