McClintock sworn in to serve in the 91st Assembly

He was sworn in to fill the Iowa Senate District 42 seat and began the 91st General Assembly. "I want to THANK everyone for their support over the last four years! I am excited to get the 91st General Assembly started for the people of Benton and Linn counties and Iowa! The Iowa Legislature began the 91st General Assembly on Monday, January 13th with 16 new members in the House (13 Republicans and three Democrats) and the Senate with seven new members (four Republicans and three Democrats).Monday, the 13th, we took our oath of office and picked our desks in the House chamber for the next two years. Rep. Tom Gerhold Sworn in for the 91st General Assembly

 On Monday, January 13th, Rep. Tom Gerhold (R-Atkins) was sworn into the Iowa House of Representatives on the first day of the 91st General Assembly. The swearing-in ceremony was followed by opening remarks by Speaker of the House Pat Grassley, outlining some of the priorities of the Legislature for the 2025 session.This is Rep. Gerhold's fourth term in the Iowa House of Representatives.
