Teams preparing for VS Alumni Basketball Tourney

March Madness, Vinton-Shellsburg style, takes place on Saturday, March 25, when several teams will compete in the annual VS Alumni Basketball tourney. The participants include the 2000 team, as well as the undefeated WaMaC champs who went to State in 2013.

The upper bike trail includes teeter-totters and other challenging obstacles. Years ago, this sign directed sledders to the two nearby sledding hills; now it has been re-purposed to direct cyclists to the two different bike trails.
