The Annual Vinton Kiwanis Club Easter Egg Hunt takes place at its traditional time and day (10 a.m. the Saturday before Easter), but in the location that was new last year: Kiwanis Park.

Human foosball: Event was popular at Health Fair; VPRD to offer rental

After a great turn-out on Saturday, when five teams competed and many others stopped to watch, the Human Foosball era in Vinton is under way. The Vinton Parks and Recreation staff build the foosball area, and the VPRD is finalizing the process and cost for renting it for special occasions.
