Events and Activities : TTT Holiday House Walk

Vinton's chapter of TTT, Iowa DM, will be hosting a holiday house walk on Sunday, December 2nd from 1pm to 4pm. This year's house walk will feature three Queen Ann Victorian homes and the historical Ray House. The homes being featured are those of Ray and Carol Knoff, Tim and Jen Smith and Anita Gordon. The Ray House will be host to refreshemnts, following people visiting the homes. Tickets for the event are $8.00 and may be purchased at Nature's Corner, Henkle Creek, Camerons,any TTT member,or by calling Michelle Bruce at 472-3894. The funds from the house walk will be used to send girls to camp this summer at Camp Wyoming. The chapter provides all the items needed for the girls to attend camp for six days with approximately 100 other TTT camper girls from around the state. They have a week of fun that includes swimming, hiking, crafts, talent shows and singing songs around their nightly camp fires. With the help of the community over the past 52 years Iowa DM has been able to send over 80 girls to experience a wonderful week at camp.
