For the last year, Benton County Public Health and Vinton-Shellsburg community members have been working diligently to collect valuable data to address safety concerns in our community through a project called I-WALK, an Iowa Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program. Please join us for a one-hour presentation addressing barriers and opportunities identified and recommendations for our community to become a safer place for people of all ages. The presentation is brought to you by Benton County Public Health and conducted by representatives of the Iowa Department of Public Health and Iowa State University Extensionand is open to the general public.

The presentation will be held on Wednesday August 24th, 6:00 pm at the Vinton Shellsburg Central office conference room. The address is 212 W 15th Street.
