When I was a kid, there was a book called, "A bargain for Frances." In the book, two friends have a falling out over some deals that were made. Frances was saving her money to buy a new tea set that she had been eyeing in the store, because she didn't have one. Her friend convinced her to buy her old tea set. Frances bought it.

"No backsies," said the friend. "No backsies," said Frances and the two parted. Then the friend took the money and bought the exact tea set that Frances had wanted.

In all of the wheeling and dealing Frances decided to get the friend back by putting a penny in the sugar bowl. Later Frances asked the friend if she was sure that she didn't want her tea set back, and if she could keep what was in the sugar bowl. "What IS in the sugarbowl?" the friend asked. Frances said, "Never mind, no backsies, goodbye."
Frances finally got the friend to trade her old tea set for the new one. The friend opened the sugar bowl and saw the penny. Of course, the friend was angry that she had been taken, and told Frances that it wasn't fair. Frances fired back with how it wasn't fair that the friend had ripped her off to buy the very tea set that she had been saving up for.
Apparently, the United States Army is having a tea set/sugar bowl conundrum of their own. They are now having a difficult time filling enough boots. We are short of the necessary recruits to keep us safe. Then the Army remembered a bunch of soldiers that they might be able to get back in.
Bryce Dubee, an Army spokesman, said that letters were sent "specifically as part of the COVID mandate recession process." They went out to all of the soldiers that they kicked to the curb in all of their wisdom becaue these folks refused to get the jab otherwise known as the COVID vaccine.
In January of this year, the Department of Defense rescinded the rules for those in the military that required service members to get vaccinated against COVID-19. They assured anyone who would return that they could now serve if they got a religious, medical or administrative exemption.

So they now want backsies.
Before these same people were considered too risky to the whole military departments if they didn't get the COVID jab, but now Uncle Sam wants you! The military is desperate. Right now only 23% of people between the ages of 18 and 24 are eligible to serve, and that number is going down all the time.
However, they still have something hiding in their sugar bowl.

The Army plans to continue to "promote and encourage" vaccination for all of the service members.

I mean, we haven't seen enough "sudden deaths" of high schoolers and had enough people affected by the vaccine with side effects. IF they are lucky enough to recruit those who have already been recruited, now they want to put their health at risk with vaccines that they don't need. Sounds like a plan.

While I'm torn on this one, I mean what could we possibly need more soldiers for? WWIII? Or is it the open borders that the Biden administration is telling us about? They are now telling us that it's not a matter of IF but WHEN we'll have another terrorist attack.

We do need more soldiers. But kicking soldiers for something as stupid as not getting an unnecessary vaccine...considering their condition and age... well I wouldn't blame these soldiers for saying, "No backsies, goodbye."

DE November 26, 2023, 8:43 am 20 years of a pointless war cost more soldiers and potential members than the vaccine did.

DC November 26, 2023, 9:14 am What????? Open borders.....really? No way, listen to Mayorkis and Biden's press secretary for the facts. Kamala, the Border Czar has it all under control.

As far as being short of military volunteers, it it possible they don't like the idea of marching in a skirt wearing high heels and lipstick????

Biden's new military.
