Steven Mark Spencer, 45, passed away Sunday, 5/24/26 in Vinton.

Steven was born December 12, 1980 in Vinton to Tom Spencer and Becky Lynch.

Steven lived in Vinton his entire life and graduated from Vinton/Shellsburg High School in 1999. Steven owned Spencer Painting Company for many years, starting out by working for his father and then taking over the business when his father retired.

He is survived by his parents, Tom and Lorene Spencer; Becky Lynch and Ron Thompson; his wife, Kim; his step son, Austin and step daughter, Cali; his brother Jeff; his daughter, Olivia and his sons, Thomas and Isaac.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Pat Lynch.
