Julie Ann Salyars, 66 of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family on Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Julie is survived by two daughters, Rose Schleben and Kimberly Salyars of Cedar Rapids; two grandsons Jake Bruner (Taran White) of Vinton, and Steven Andrews of Cedar Rapids; two granddaughters, Alysha Bruner and Jaedyn Andrews of Cedar Rapids; two great-granddaughters, Addysen Bruner and Asuna Smith of Cedar Rapids; four great-grandsons Braidyn Bruner of Cedar Rapids, Dorrance, Zander, and LeRoy Averkamp of Worthington, and three sisters, Charlene McGrath of Monroe, WI, Tina Walton of Worthington, IA, and Gail Aumiller of Dubuque, IA.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Clewley and Darlene McNally, son, Charles Schleben, daughter, Angela Salyars, and grandson, Carter Burrell.

Julie was born on September 11, 1957 in Roger's City, MI the daughter of Charles Clewley and Darlene McNally. Julie was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles and unicorns.
