SP January 9, 2022, 7:56 pm My condolences to the family of Oma. Oma was a wonderful lady . When I was a new teacher at East Elementary Oma was the head cook. She and the other cooks made delicious homemade meals for the students and staff. She was very friendly and would check in to see how we were doing each day. One of my favorite memories is the cookie jar in the kitchen. Cookies were made and available when we needed a little pick me up. Homemade treats were made and shared with love.
