Diveley leaving court following his sentencing in December 2024 -
The Benton County Sheriff ¢â‚¬â„¢s Department released the arrest records which showed that the department has filed charges once again against, Jeffrey Diveley.
Charges were once again filed against Diveley on December 15, 2025.
The 65-year-old is currently serving a 40-year sentence at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center in Corallville on 14 previous charges.
The new charges include the following:
1- Sexual Abuse - 2nd Degree, Class A Felony
2- Sexual Abuse - 2nd Degree, Class A Felony
3 - Child Endangerment, Bodily Injury - Class D Felony
4 - Child Endangerment, Aggravated Misdemeanor
5 - Indecent Contact with a Child, Aggravated Misdemeanor
6 - Assault with intent to Commit Sexual Abuse, Aggravated Misdemeanor
An arrest warrant was issued on December 2, 2025. He was returned to the Benton County Jail for the arrest and will be at his preliminary hearing this afternoon, December 23, 2025.
