Residents at VG Nursing & Rehab were treated to a heartwarming holiday performance as Vinton Scout Pack 47 shared festive music to celebrate the season and spread Christmas cheer.

The Scouts’ performance reflected the core values of Scouting—service, kindness, leadership, and community involvement. Through their music and willingness to give back, the Scouts demonstrated how small acts of service can have a meaningful impact on others.

“Our residents truly enjoyed the energy and joy the Scouts brought with them,” said Tina Eden, CEO. “Moments like these highlight the importance of intergenerational connections and the positive influence youth organizations have within our community.”

Virginia Gay Hospital and VG Nursing & Rehab are grateful to Vinton Scout Pack 47 for sharing their time, talents, and commitment to service, helping create a memorable holiday experience for residents and staff alike.
