On Sunday, June 22nd at 6:00 PM, the Vinton-Shellsburg FFA Chapter hosted a summer potluck in the high school commons. The event brought together FFA members and their families for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship.
Each family contributed a variety of delicious dishes, creating a diverse and tasty spread that everyone could enjoy. From casseroles to desserts, there was something for everyone at the table. It was a great chance for members and families to catch up, share stories, and enjoy a meal together.
In addition to the potluck, the chapter also provided games for members to enjoy. Laughter and friendly competition filled the room as students played indoor games, adding to the fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Events like this help strengthen the sense of community within the chapter and give families a chance to see the friendships and teamwork that make FFA special. The Vinton-Shellsburg FFA looks forward to more opportunities to gather and grow together throughout the year.
