Today is the day, at least for my Facebook account, that I was told that I needed to add some security measures to my account. Even though you might think that the warning was a scam, it really wasn't.

If for some reason you cannot log into your Facebook account, this is probably the situation.

Simply go to your "Settings and Privacy", then click on "Settings" then find "Security and Login." Look to the right and you will see "Two-factor authentication" and "Setting Up Extra Security." These are the two things you probably need to set up in your account.

I know there has been some discussion about this on Facebook trying to decide if it's "real" or not, it's real.

So, there is your tech tip for today!
