Annabelle Newton

My name is Annabelle Newton, and I am the daughter of Chad and Kim Newton, and have one sister Sophia (12). I am a sophomore at the Vinton-Shellsburg High School where I am involved in Track, Cross Country, Student Senate, and FFA. I have served the Vinton-Shellsburg FFA Chapter as Co-Reporter and will be serving it as President this upcoming school year. I have also done a variety of contests in FFA, including Conduct of Meetings, Parliamentary Procedure, and Ag Communications. Outside of school, I am a part of the Jackson Better Farmers 4H Club, where I am currently serving as President, and have served as Treasurer and Vice President in the past. Within 4H, I have shown swine and rabbits for the past 7 years. I am also a part of the Benton County Youth Council. I ¢â‚¬â„¢ve been on Honor Roll for my two years of high school, received varsity letters in my sports, and gotten the VSHS Academic Achievement Award. After high school, I plan to attend a 4-year school.
