On April 15, we “Purple Up!” to recognize the strength and sacrifice of military children. 💜

On Purple Up! Day, we honor the young Iowans whose parents serve our country. These kids show resilience, pride, and patriotism as their families answer the call to serve.

One way we can continue showing our appreciation for those who served is through Iowa’s Honor a Veteran program, pledging to honor a veteran in our lives at the polls on Election Day. Learn more at sos.iowa.gov/veterans
